Which programs matter to you?

The Rivilė ERP and Rivilė GAMA connection is available now, if your company has its own Rivilė account. Sodra, B1.lt and Agnum are not built yet, and we're not naming a date. Tell us which one you need, and we'll look at enabling it.

What each one does or would do

Today somebody retypes the same numbers out of one program and into another. Here is what each connection does or would do instead.

  • Sodra

    Not built yet

    Sodra already knows when somebody is off sick, and it still has to be told about a new employment contract. Today somebody in your company reads one screen and types the same facts into another. This connection would move those two things by itself.

  • Rivilė

    Available now

    Rivilė works out the wages, so it needs to know who was away, for how long, and under which code. With Rivilė ERP, hrcentras brings your employees in from Rivilė, sends it a locked month's timesheet, and reads your work calendars. With Rivilė GAMA, it brings in your departments and employees and sends nothing back. You connect it yourself on the Integrations page in hrcentras, with your company's own Rivilė account and API key.

  • B1.lt

    Not built yet

    B1.lt works out the wages from a timesheet. Today that timesheet leaves hrcentras as a file, gets checked, and gets imported by hand. This connection would send the same rows the moment you close the month, so neither the file nor the checking is left.

  • Agnum

    Not built yet

    Agnum holds the same list of employees the accountant works from. Two lists of the same people come apart the day somebody changes a position in one of them. This connection would keep one list a copy of the other, and pass over the absences the payroll needs.

What this page doesn't mean

Sodra, B1.lt and Agnum are not built yet. Nothing is sent to them and nothing is read from them. hrcentras exchanges data with Rivilė only after your company connects its own Rivilė account, and only for the features you switch on. We're not giving dates for the other three, because we don't have any. When one of them is built, we'll say so here.
