Being built. Below is what works today.
Type a fact once. The paperwork writes itself.
hrcentras is HR software for Lithuanian companies. Change a salary, and it will write the addendum. Approve leave, and the timesheet will fill itself in.
It is not open yet. The button takes you to what will be in it.

Sound familiar?
If you recognize yourself in even one of these, this is what hrcentras is being built for.
- You keep leave balances in a spreadsheet, and you do not quite trust them.
- Somebody asks how many days they have left, and you go looking for the answer.
- You want to change a template, and you have to ask somebody else and wait your turn.
- You type the same fact into three places, because otherwise the numbers stop matching.
- At the end of the month you put the timesheet together by hand, from several files.
- You count parental rest days from memory, and the accountant finds the mistake.
What hrcentras does
This is the product we are building. How much of it is built is further down.
Employee records
People, contracts, positions, salaries and dependents in one place. Every change is kept, with the date and the name.
Leave and balances
Somebody asks for leave on their phone, an admin approves it, and the balance changes right away.
Documents from your own templates
Build the template yourself, drop in the fields you need, and generate the document from an employee record.
Signing
An internal signature, with the time, the IP address and the device. Later, a qualified electronic signature with Smart-ID.
The timesheet
Approved leave and absences drop into the monthly timesheet on their own. You check it and close the month.
What is different here
The data comes first, the paperwork second. Change a fact in one place, and the document is made from it. All four things below are still being built. They are the reason hrcentras is being built at all.
You will build your own templates
A contract, an order or an addendum, made by you. Build it and use it the same day.
The hard leave math will be right
Parental rest days, several children, a child with a disability, shift work. The 1 January 2027 change is already in the plan.
The phone comes first
We draw the phone screen first, not last. HR people approve leave standing in a corridor, and employees ask for it from a bus.
Every screen will explain itself
Next to anything that is not obvious there will be a button that explains it in plain words. Written for somebody in their first job.
What is built and what is not
We build in the open. You cannot use the product today, and the right place to say that is right here, on the home page. We go in order, and we finish a stage rather than leave it half done.
- Building now
The site and signing in
This page works. The hrcentras account sign-in and the language switch are being built now.
- Planned
The company, its people and its price
A company with three roles: owner, admin and employee. The price is fixed onto the company the day it is created.
- Planned
Employee records
Contracts, positions, salaries, dependents, and the whole history of changes.
- Planned
The demo
A made-up Lithuanian company anybody can open. No sign-up.
- Later
Leave and the rules that count it
Balances, parental rest days, shift work, and the 2027 change.
- Later
Documents
Templates you build yourself, and the documents made from them.
- Later
Signing
The internal signature first, then Smart-ID and Mobile-ID.
- Later
Timesheets
The monthly timesheet with Lithuanian marking codes, and a file for the accounting system.
- Later
Reminders
A probation ending, a contract ending, a document still unsigned.
- Later
Invoices
Real payments and real invoices.
- Later
Ukrainian, Russian and Polish
These come when there is somebody who can write them and hear when a sentence sounds wrong.
- Later
Reports, assets and a public interface
Turnover and leave reports. A record of who has which laptop and phone. A joining form, and a public interface for other software.
What hrcentras will not do
It will not calculate wages, tax or Sodra, the Lithuanian social insurance. Tidy hours and absences go to the accounting system that does. That is what keeps hrcentras out of a permanent race with the tax rules.
Price
Two charges. Nothing else.
A new contract
EUR 5.00
once, when a new employment contract is created
An active employee
EUR 1.50per month
every month, for each person who works for you
Reduced rate. Some companies will pay a reduced rate, EUR 1.30 per month for an active employee. We have not written down the rule for when it applies, so for now we decide case by case.
What counts as an active employee
An employee counts for a month if they had a live contract on any day of it. Left on the 3rd, they count. Started on the 28th, they count too.
The price is fixed on the day you start
Whatever the price is on the day your company is created stays your price. A later change to the list does not reach you.
There is no free trial
The demo takes its place: a made-up company, no sign-up, no card, and none of your data. A trial would mean putting your real people into software you have not chosen yet.
VAT and invoices
How VAT is charged and who issues the invoice is not settled yet. It will be written here when it is. We would rather not guess at a number you have to pay.
The demo
The demo will be the only way to try hrcentras. You open it, pick who you want to be, and use it.
- One Lithuanian company full of made-up people. Realistic names, towns and job titles, and not one real person.
- You will be able to be the owner, an admin or an employee, and switch at any time.
- Every hour it is wiped and built again. That is what makes it safe to leave open to anybody.
- No sign-up and no card.
The demo is not open yet. We will build it after employee records, in the fourth stage. Opening it sooner would show an empty product, which tells you nothing.
Write to us and we will tell you the day it opens. If you would rather talk sooner, write anyway.
