The internal signature is free. Use it when an employee only needs to confirm they have read a document, such as internal company rules. No qualified signature is needed for that.
Yes. The demo opens straight away, with a fictional company and its people. You can explore the overview, people, time off and documents without an account. Every three hours it is wiped and built again, so nothing you do in there is kept.
It keeps the hours and absences in order and prepares the timesheet for accounting. It does not calculate wages, tax or Sodra contributions.
Yes. Employee information and leave requests are designed to work on a phone as well as a computer.
Yes. You create your own templates and choose fields from the employee card. The system uses those details to fill in the document.
