Cookie policy

This page lists everything hrcentras.lt writes into your browser, and what is written only once you say yes.

Last updated on October 12, 2026.

We ask you first

hrcentras.lt is a static page. It loads two small files of its own. One shows the cookie question and remembers your answer. The other closes an open menu when you click or tap outside it. The fonts and the images are ours too.

Until you answer, not one cookie is written and nothing is loaded from anybody else's server. Answer no and that stays true until you say yes. Press “I agree” and Google Analytics turns on. Only then does the page reach a Google server.

The analytics cookies

If you agree, hrcentras.lt loads Google Analytics. It lets us see how many people read the page and which parts of it, so we know what to write more clearly. Your name, your surname and your email address are not in it.

NameWhereWhat forHow long
_gahrcentras.ltTells one browser apart from another.2 years
_ga_<measurement id>hrcentras.ltRemembers that a visit is still going on.2 years

Neither exists until you press “I agree”. You can change your mind at any time: press “Cookie settings” at the top of this page or at the bottom of any page, and the same question comes back. Press “I do not agree” and we turn Google Analytics off and delete both cookies.

The sign-in cookie

Once you sign in to hrcentras.lt, one cookie of ours is used. It is strictly necessary: without it every page would ask you to sign in again.

NameWhereWhat forHow long
hrcentras_sessionEvery hrcentras.lt toolKeeps you signed in.Until you sign out, or 90 days without use. There is no fixed maximum.

The cookie is httpOnly, so no code running in your browser can read it. It is sent over a secure connection only, and only to hrcentras addresses. Its domain is .hrcentras.lt, which is what makes one sign-in work across every hrcentras tool. Signing out deletes it straight away.

The cookie is also tied to the browser you signed in from: hrcentras stores that browser's name, its platform and its major version alongside the session, and refuses the cookie if it later arrives from a different browser or platform. That is what makes a copied cookie useless on someone else's machine.

Payment card form cookies

You type a card into a form shown by Stripe, the payment card processor. That form appears when you create a company, when you add or replace a card in the billing settings, and when your bank asks you to confirm a payment. Only then is Stripe's code loaded from js.stripe.com, and only then does Stripe write three cookies. Until you open that form, they are not there.

NameWhereWhat forHow long
__stripe_midapp.hrcentras.ltStripe's fraud prevention. A random identifier for the browser.1 year
__stripe_sidapp.hrcentras.ltStripe's fraud prevention. A random identifier for the visit.30 minutes
mm.stripe.comStripe's fraud prevention. This is a cookie on Stripe's own server, and with it Stripe recognizes the same browser on other websites that take cards through Stripe.2 years. Some browsers shorten it to 400 days.

We do not write these cookies: Stripe's code does, and they exist to prevent card fraud. We do not ask about them separately, because we cannot take a card without Stripe's form. Stripe states that it does not use this data for advertising.

Browser storage

Some things are kept in your browser rather than in a cookie. They are listed below with what each one is for and how long it lasts. Only one of them is ever sent to our server: the application form's token, because the form cannot open without it. The rest are read only by the page in your browser, and nothing in this list is used to follow you.

KeyWhereWhat forValue
hrcentras.cookie-consent.v1hrcentras.ltRemembers your answer to the cookie question, so it is asked once.“granted” or “denied”
hrcentras.info.<account>.<screen>In the hrcentras.lt tools, once you sign inRemembers whether the help box is open or closed.“open” or “closed”
hrc-workspace-view:<account email>:<companyID>app.hrcentras.ltRemembers whether this account chose the administrator or employee view for this company. It changes the view, not your access rights.“admin” or “employee”, in local storage. The key contains your account email and the company identifier. Stays for the same account and company on this device until you clear this site's data.
hrcentras.app.lastCompanyIdapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers which company you had open, so the app returns to it next time.A company identifier. Removed when you sign out.
hrcentras.candidateSessionTokenapp.hrcentras.ltKeeps your application form open after you follow the link we emailed you. You have no account at this point, so this is what the form uses instead.A token, in tab storage. It goes when you close the tab, and it stops working after 60 minutes of inactivity or 12 hours in all.
hrcentras.candidateLinkSubmittedapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers that you already sent the form in this tab, so reloading does not offer to send it again.“1”, in tab storage. It goes when you close the tab.
hrcentras.candidateLinkContextapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers which company sent you the application form, the name it was addressed to, whether it is the demo, and which parts you have saved, so a reload still shows them.Text, in tab storage. It goes when you close the tab.
hrcentras.demoEntryNoticeSeenapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers that you already read the notice shown when you open the demo, so it is not shown again in this tab until you open the demo again.“1”, in tab storage. It goes when you close the tab.
hrcentras.tree.departments.collapsedapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers which branches you folded on the Departments screen, so they stay folded next time.A list of department identifiers. Stays until you clear this site's data.
hrcentras.tree.reportingLines.collapsedapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers which teams you folded on the Reporting lines screen, so they stay folded next time.A list of identifiers for the managers whose teams you folded, without their names. Stays until you clear this site's data.
hrcentras.app.employeesViewapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers whether you chose cards or the table on the Employees screen, so it opens the same way next time.“cards” or “table”. Stays until you clear this site's data.
hrcentras.app.candidateInviteIdDocumentapp.hrcentras.ltRemembers whether your last candidate invitation asked for a copy of the identity document. The next invitation for the same company starts the same way.Company identifiers, each with “true” or “false”. Stays until you clear this site's data.
hrcentras.pref.v1In the hrcentras.lt tools, before and after you sign inRemembers the appearance and the language you chose, so the sign-in screen looks the way you left it before we know who you are. Your account holds the real choice. The appearance and the language, as a short piece of text. Signing out does not remove it, so on a shared browser the next person sees your appearance and language until they sign in. Stays until you clear this site's data.

The two entries marked as tab storage go away by themselves when you close the tab. The company you had open is forgotten when you sign out. The rest stay until you clear this site's data in your browser settings. All of them stay on the one device.

On this site, the language is part of the page address, so nothing about it is stored. In the hrcentras.lt tools, your language and appearance are stored on your account, so they travel with you to another device and to another hrcentras tool. The hrcentras.pref.v1 entry above is only a copy kept on this device, so the sign-in screen can use it before you have signed in.

What is not here

  • No analytics unless you allow it.
  • No advertising and no advertising trackers.
  • No social network buttons.
  • No fonts or images from anybody else's server.
  • No cookie that follows you to other websites, except Stripe's “m” cookie described above, which appears only with the card form and exists to prevent fraud.

How to delete them

You can delete cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings. Deleting the sign-in cookie signs you out, and you'll need to sign in again.

When something changes

If hrcentras.lt starts using a new cookie or a new browser storage key, we update this page in the same change, not later. That is an internal hrcentras rule.
